Konstrukcija je izdelana iz smrekovega lesa, fasada pa iz sibirskega mecesna.

Streho smo pokrili s pločevinasto kritino s posipom, prehod pa s prozornimi ploščami, ki omogočajo vdor svetlobe in na ta način več svetlobe v objektu.

Pergola omogoča lastniku zasaditev plezalk ob strani tako, da bo sčasoma imel prijetno senco.

Odstranili smo staro opečno kritino in popravili dotrajano leseno konstrukcijo. V napušču smo zamenjali opaž, strešno konstrukcijo v napušču samo pa dvakrat prepleskali z lazuro.

Streha je bila že podeskana tako, da smo zamenjali samo nekatere poškodovane dele. Na določenih delih strehe smo zamenjali tudi izolacijo.

S strehe smo odstranili Azbestno kritino

Streha stanovajske hiše na Vrhniki je bila prekrita s dotrajano azbestno kritino. Na varen način smo odstranili staro, azbestno kritino in začeli s sanacijo strehe.

Na daljši strani strehe smo naredili trapezno frčado in na ta način so stanovalci pridobili nov stanovanjski prostor. Poleg tega smo zamenjali opaž v napušču, izvedli podeskanje in naredili prezračevalni most.
